Hydraulic Plant Ramp - 'PONT LEVIS'

Rampco supply A 'NEW' hydraulic loading PLANT ramp -  made of aluminium alloy and compound steel. It can be used for loading and unloading track and wheeled earth-moving machines from trucks or Load-Line platforms. Loading height adjustment is by means of manual hydraulic control.

Loading height ranges from 900 to 1500mm. The ramp comes equipped with transit wheels so you can easily move the ramp around.

Great advantage: this chute also offers the possibility to load and unload in total safety because the manoeuvring surface is abundant

The bottom part is equipped with a wheel-mounted frame so that the Pont Levis can be moved around in the yard. This frame also has a hydraulic jack to be able to adjust the height of the chute.

The special reinforced surface of the ramp means that any type of full wheel, tyre or track, be it made of rubber or steel, runs over it without any problems. The surface of Pont Levis does indeed have slots where the "track shoes" are inserted. These plates for steel tracks have been specifically created for ramps for steel track vehicles. They have non-wearing aluminium inserts on which the chain of the track runs. These track shoes are fitted and removed quite simply based on whether they are needed or not. The surface is lined in the middle with strips of rubber to be able to load compacting rollers.
